Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You never pay to read your course material, on any plan, including the free one.
What uses a credit?
Anything the AI makes for you. Asking a question, a practice test, a diagram, the short version of a unit. Reading uses nothing, and neither does opening a course you already have a slot for.
What is a course slot?
One of the courses you are studying right now. Your plan says how many you can hold at a time, and dropping one frees its slot after 30 days.
What happens if I run out of credits before the month ends?
You can buy more as a top-up any time, or wait for next month, when your plan refills.
Do unused credits carry over to next month?
The ones your plan gives you each month do not carry over. Credits you buy as a top-up stay for 30 days.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a different plan at any time from your account.
